No holes in the bucket. The bucket is on 4 castors, so it would be easy to move. The wheels & mop wringer move as they should. It would also be great to use as a mop bucket. OUR MOTTO IS "RESCUING THE PAST FOR YOUR FUTURE" AND WE STAND BY THAT.
